Dear Sir,
I purchased GenX 5.0 SMARTWATCH-FOLDABLE FLEXI DISPLAY from Soundseries.online on 1st Feb, 2020 and got the parcel by cash on delivery option. The product i received is not the product i have ordered . The box contains of two ordinary local watches . They are cheating consumers and playing with their trust. I have seen other complaints on this forum regarding same product. It seems they have cheated a lot of people. For your reference i am sending the pictures of the product.I trust you that you will be help me in this case. Awaiting for your response. Please do the needful. I hope that my consumer complaint will get addressed soon.
