Dear Sir,
I had ordered for an Apple Watch Refurbished Series 4-44 mm on this retail company’s website. What I got instead was an old, used model of Apple Watch Series 1. The box was not an original box and the product inside was not working. There was no charger present inside either. When serial number is entered, it shows it is an older model and not one that was shown on the website. I have been trying to call him but there is no response from their end. I feel like I have been cheated of Rs. 12,000.
