I ordered Moto G73 on 7 June but Flipkart delivered me Moto G62. I raised a complain. They accepted my request of replacement on 14 June. First date of pickup of wrong delivered product and delivery of right product was 16 June. They did not delivered on 16 June. Then they gave me a new date of 18 June. Still the product was not delivered. Then they gave me a timeline of 23 June to resolve my issue but nothing happened. Then they gave me a new timeline of 27 June but nothing happened. What should I do now?
