I ordered for a shampoo bottle with which a hair straighner and curler is free. It is bit more pricely than available at our sites. I bought it for Rs. 410 excluding shipping cost and it was available at Rs. 372 excluding shipping cost at other sites. But for that straighner n curler, i bought it from shopclues at higher price of Rs. 410. But they send me only shampoo bottle with different packing and without that straightner and curler and they shown in site at the time of purchase. On 21st may 2020, their executive called me to whom i inform that i have not opened the packaging yet and wish to get it returned, but they have not reponded to my query.
