Instance 1:
Fraudulent Service by Seller: Order from the account of Suchita Samanta
On 22nd October, I have ordered One Plus Nord CE 5G (Blue Void, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB Storage). 23rd October I have received the wrong product (Samsung Dummy phone) in the One Plus Nord cover. I asked the delivery agent to wait so that I can check the product. He said it’s not his scope of work and moved away. I spent approx 22000 and received a dummy Samsung model phone!! By Amazon! I have already escalated and replacement arranged but today the 24th October. But now the delivery agent refused to deliver the same against the Dummy one. Now I am lost the money, without the phone. I am totally lost now. Amazon yet to give me a solution.

Please intervene and help.
