We have ordered Xiaomi Redmi airdots wireless bluetooth headset – Black against order no – EZK-2477 dated 01.06.2020.
But we have received the order against delivery no. 1386418345282 instead of airdots, we have received the digital watches (photos of the received product attached for your reference) which are not the ordered product.
The amount we have paid Rs. 1049/- (one thousand and forty nine only).
Name of website www.ezyekart.com and the phone no. given in website is 9871770114 which is always switched off. I have also mailed them several times to replace product but never received a single reply from their side.
