I ordered Easy chill portable cooler from www.polrity.com worth Rs 1799 order id VFVC61760-VFOD238550 dated 16.05.2022. But they have sent mini perfume turbine fan which is completely different from what was shown on their website. I am sending e- mail to company email address given on website for returns support@polrity.freshdesk.com. But no response is received from their end. Also their is no contact number mentioned on their website. Company does not have any customer care call no. This is a fraud which is done with us. Please help us to cancel licence of this company and take appropriate action against this company. I also want my refund back.
