Product- Fossil Gen 6 Digital Black Dial Men’s Watch-FTW4059
Payment – Amazon Pay Balance.
I am facing the issue of my order of fossil watch which I placed on 14 august and still i am not able to get any solution on that. I called multiple times I complained to customer care for which every different customer agent kept on saying different things . And also after several requests when they arranged a request for picking the product. the product was picked on the 26th aug 2022 and after picking the product at the end today I got a reply saying that ” the product you sent was not the correct product ” and the seller and amazon team are not gone help you any more on this issue. you have to send the mail.
In my current state I don’t have the product and I don’t have the money which I have paid for the product. This is the worst experience I have had . I have been a prime customer for the last 2-3 year and I have ordered so many products.
