Please help me,
ORDER # 407-5326909-5169145 order given on mobile app from Amazon.
Order date– 24 July 2020
Order total– Rs 9,999.00
Product-SG Savage Edition Grade 1 English Willow Cricket Bat ( Size: Short Handle,Leather Ball )
Payment– Via cradit card.
I had ordered 1 no. of SG Savage Edition Grade 1 English Willow Cricket Bat through online but received local Bat hence requested for returning product to Amazon through mobile app of Amazon. The seller has approved the retrurned request After which I complaint to customer care for more than 30 times but Now 1 months have been passed and still there team is not refunding my money. They don’t pickup my phone calls as well, I am now completely hopeless from Amazon India. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money.
