I had order some groceries items delivery boy call me that time I was not available to take the order so I told to delivery boy pl hand over all item to my friend next block, but he kept all the grocery item out side the door, when I came and check all different product was delivered.
I called coustomer care helpline they update for return after some time I got MSG stating that order not ful fill for return request, I can understand that it was open box delivery but delivery boy not delivered the problem at my present then how you can say it’s open box delivery, I tried to reach costumer care but my all effort gone envain
