I had ordered 3 bottles (1 lt each) of Saptham hair oil and have been delivered 3 bottles of 250 ml each. My payment was done in advance. I happened to unbox after a few days as I was busy and unavailable at home. However, on raising the complaint, the only answer I get is that the return window is shut and that Amazon won’t help me. I have been ordering from Amazon for over 6 years and this is the kind of service i get. I have paid ₹4000 extra and they are not willing to even refund it. The customer care center just doesn’t bother to help inspite of an incorrect delivery from their end.
