Text of Complaint by ANKUR TYAGI:

1. I had ordered a SAMSUNG GALAXY WATCH ACTIVE 2 (LTE) on 21 NOV 2020. The order id is 404-9805330-9033133. Total cost of the order was Rs 27120 only.
2. The product was received on 22 Nov 2020 at around 0850h, however when the packaging was opened a blue colour plastic toy watch was found inside the box. (photograph attached for reference).
3. I immediately contacted the customer service over voice call, chat and also tweeted about the issue asking for a refund.
4. I was notified that the issue is under investigation and will be resolved by 28 Nov 2020.
5. On 27 Nov 2020, I received an email from Amazon stating that since the product was delivered to you in intact condition, therefore we cannot process the refund.
6. I again spoke to the customer service and they also refused to help any further.
