I ordered a mobile phone (oneplus9pro) from cellplaza, an online store in malad west their address is: 2/334.OCC compound, swarajya hind, near gaikond nagar bus station, 400095,malad west, MH,
After i received my product on 2nd nov 2021, i paid 30k by cash
And when i open box it was wrong product (redmi phone worth 5k)
After that complain and cellplaza member told me to show unoxing video, i sent them all details and video after that they assure me that i will get replacement in 4 days, but it is been 20 days now they are not responding my calls and messages even after reading messages . Please help me
