I have ordered I Pulse fruit Syrup worth of 3049/- on 16/05/3021 online in Amezon. I have received order on 23/05/2021, By seeing that pack, it was small and light weight, immediately I have opened infront of delivery boy, I have received empty sanitizer bottle. Immediately me and delivery boy raised complaint and uplaoded the photos, and we have explained total information to customer care. Then customer care said that, they will forward complaint to investigation team. After three days I called to customer care bcos till that date I did not get any information from customer care. I called them Miss.Namrata customer care said that, investigation team investigated and closed the issue. I asked what they have investigated, she said , right product was delivered, but I said I didn’t get right product. Then she said Amezon rules once investigated team closed issue customer care can’t do anything. I called delivery boy. He said he don’t know anything.
