I ordered a rice cooker of rs. 1690 having order no. 9381253214 .
in place of rice cooker, a useless iron was delivered.
Pickup was raised by our side the same day of delivery.
No one came for pick up till date. We are not having any update from paytm. Also in paytm app, its showing that pickup attempt was failed. But no one called for pickup. Also there is jo message or mail .
We have lost 1690 rs. please raise a complaint against paytm as this is completely fraud.
I need my money back.
