On 28th July I have received a packet for order ID-FN3773405553 . but on the product order no -FN7173408458 was mentioned on a sticker
On the packet it was mentioned total number of quantity-4 but after opening i found it only 2 quantity & rest 2 quantity which i found was not ordered by me.
2 Wrong product was delivered to me & 2 product was missing in the packet.
Immediately i called customer care & explained the issue, she guided me to raise the return request & i raised the return request as per my understanding & she has initiated the full refund (as she said on phone to me )
Return was scheduled in 1 hour & a person came to pick the packet but he cancelled the pickup as the product was not matching as per his return request ( as wrong product was delivered to me) he refused to pick the packet & returned to me.
Again I called customer care & explained the incident I was given assurance that they are looking into the matter, I have to wait.
For 2 days I was approaching to customer care but actually wasted my time.
On 31st July again I called customer care then I was asked that I have selected the wrong option for return so it was not picked. He guided me how to create return request & I have done as he suggested , due time was 2nd Aug but after follow up on 2nd I got no proper response but on 3rd Aug I received a mail that my return could not be done as they have sent the correct item.
Again just I called customer care then I am explained by them that again I have to create return request once previous request is cancelled.
One more thing I would like to add . Please see the attached image clicked from the received 2 wrong product where it is clearly visible qty 1/2 but on the packet it is mentioned total qty 4. How come sticker of 1/2 can be mentioned if the packed quantity was 4. This shows your so called investigation & intact packing by concerned team.
