I have ordered the set of bra from Kristel.shop and they delivered cheap quality leggings.
Rs.999/- is paid.

I had tried contact customer support and one person Ravi Prajapathi (7003391193) and he told my amount will be refunded.
And he asked me order number but he says he is not able to see my details and he started asking my details. I kept on asking why he needs all information, he said their server is down.
Later he disconnected the call and the call was not connecting after that.
