Text of Complaint by Thomas Thomas:

I placed an order on Flipkart (order ID: OD329768671515046100 ) on 24th Nov. I received the product on 27th Nov.
When the engineer came for installation he pointed out 2 issues.
#1: The installation kit is missing
#2: The indoor unit’s model number does not match the product page and is incompatible with the outdoor unit.

I raised a replacement or refund request through the APP on advice from customer care and the seller rejected it both times with an unrelated reason. The item is perfectly intact and unboxed.
I have attached images of the items. I have been on call with the help center nearly 5 times for 30 min every time they suggest the same resolution of raising a complaint which will end up being rejected by the seller.
The sad reality is customer care can reach out to me but they cannot reach out to the seller. It’s as though the seller is king and we customers are beggars at their mercy. This experience has been so painful for me. I am unsure why such a simple common sense issue cannot be resolved immediately by Flipkart.
