I placed an order from Meesho for a embroidered kurta with dupatta and bottomwear and instead I have received an old used plain green kurta. I placed my return under the ‘wrong product received’ option but the return is getting cancelled due to quality check. I have contacted customer care but they refuse to do anything about it because according to their reports I have received the right product. I paid ₹402 for the product and would like to get refund.
