i ordered (JBL T450 Bluetooth handset with mic) from flip kart with order ID 0D113605382245027000 and they deliverd something other JBL wired handset product .

I was paid 1,999 Rs. and Ordered on 11th October 2018 when Flip cart’s Sell was ongoing.

they are cheat with me i request for replacement many times which all i attached here .

Many times i was called and complaint in customer care about this product they never connected  my call with seniors.

now i am tired from this complaining and requesting want solution.

please help me if possible.
