I have placed an order of boat rockerz neckband 205 on 06/07/2023 and due to late dispatch i have cancelled the order, after cancellation of product they still delivered my order on 18/07/2023. When I received the order the order is with different invoice and the packaging is different and product is also different. when i raised a return request till today no return has been done. when i check the return status on their site.. it show the solved by the customer.
