I am Atanu Singha Roy, resides at Vill – Berakamgachi, P.O. – Ranaghat, P.S. – Taherpore, Dist. – Nadia, Pin – 741201, State – West Bengal. I ordered (Order ID/No. – SS7454) a Wireless Bluetooth Waterproof Extra Bass Speaker with 16 Hours Battery Life with Airpods Pro Combo (Brand – Sony, Colour – White, enclosed the picture) at shinesummer.com on 10/05/2020. On 11/05/2020 I received a call from +918929623619 from a customer care executive of SHINESUMMER for confirming the order. I tried several times to connect that number for status/tracking of my order, but unable to connect that no. Finally, I have received a Bluetooth Speaker of unknown brand with no Airpods on 16/05/2020. I want my refund but unable to contact SHINESUMMER. In the bill, 8447215464 is showing their customer care no. But none receive my call. reachusforenquires@gmail.com is mentioned as their customer care email-id in this bill. But no return mail I have got from them. Another mail id – help@shinesummer.inĀ is mentioned in their site. But every time I have sent mail, it shows Address not found. In the bill they have also mentioned GSTIN : 06ABFGA1000M1ZN. Kindly do the needful that I got my money back or provide the actual product what I have ordered. My contact no. is 7384726953.
