Text of Complaint by Niketa Singh:

Dear Team,
I ordered one Allen Solley Sport (Wimbledon Men Green Solid Bomber Jacket ) size-M order ID:#12014709114687662101.
I got the wrong delivery on 10th April . Delivered product is Allen Solley Sport (Wimbledon Men Burgundy Solid Bomber Jacket ) size-L. I noticed the wrong delivery and mentioned the delivery boy, he told you approach customer care, Immediately I requested for exchange. On 14th April pickup boy came and he was looking for the product which I ordered and told that it is different product ,I explained the scenario that wrong product was delivered that’s why I requested for exchange. He told ordered product is different from actual product ,I cannot exchange and mentioned the quality failed. After his comment I am not able to raise any complaint in my mobile application as there is no any option. After trying a lot I managed to talk to customer care executive, she assured that you will get the ticket number for your complaint but after 8 hours I haven’t received any ticket number from Myntra, only I received the message for customer executive feedback. I am struggling to contact Myntra customer support for exchange or return. But no support.

Over all it is mistake from Myntra and Myntra is not supporting to resolve my issue on priority.
