I purchased a red shirt from Meesho app. When it was delivered, not only it was defective product but it was of different shade of red from the image shown in the app. Now I can’t return the product as they keep cancelling the return request. Even I tried to reach to customer care. They put the return request once more but it got cancelled again by the evening. Now they won’t take return request again since its limit is exceeded. My payment of amount of 307 rupees gone to waste. Please help. I can’t even wear it since it’s defective.
