Text of Complaint by Alok KUMAR MISHRA:

I ordered men sparx shoes sm 661 white black colour on 8th june 2023 and I received a package
on 13 june 2023. The product inside the package was a different shoes of different brands . I generated a return request for the item but pickup service cancelled it due to QC fail. The QC will not match because the product is completely different. I called the meesho customer service multiple times for the solution but they completely denied to help by saying we can’t do anything. I have to bare a loss of 1325 Rs. I have registered complaint on meesho customer service but still it has not solved. I had to call customer service for 20 times but at the end no hope for my return pickup. They cancelled my pickup again and again and everytime when I complain they said I have to wait but now I loose my temper.
1. Wrong product received
2. No support from the meesho customer care.

Please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
