Text of Complaint by Shruti:

I ordered 2 men chickenkari kurta pajama set from meesho in 2 different sizes from a same seller on 6th May 2023 and I received a single package for both on 11 May 2023. The product inside the package was a blue tank top (female). I generated a return request for the item but pickup service cancelled it due to QC fail. The QC will not match because the product is completely different. I called the meesho customer service multiple times for the solution but they completely denied to help by saying we can’t do anything. I have to bare a loss of 1810 Rs.
1. Wrong product received
2. Under 1 package, both the products I ordered were shown delivered.
3. No support from the meesho customer care.

Please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
