I ordered two dresses from “Tandul clothing”- “Instaqueen” seller on Meesho, upon receiving both in the same package i saw that it was 2 completely different product from what i had ordered. First the seller marked the product out of stock before even delivering my product so i was skeptical, then they pushed the delivery date. when i received, i was shocked, they were not what i ordered. i placed return request but the shadowfax delivery person kept telling me that since the product is differet, he cant take it, but thats the exact reason why i am returing right, if they had sent the right product, why would i return. Plus, exchange was not an option because it got out of stock.

I am highly distressed by the whole ordeal because the customer care by meesho is trash and no matter how much you explain to them, they shout and disagree. i have spent my hard earned money on this and i, as a loyal customer, dont deserve such treatment. Even the shadowfax delivery person got distresses because he had to come to my place 4 times yet each time, they didnt remove some sort of pickup feature which caused him to cancel the return. Meesho people dont work properly at all !
