I had ordered a Salwar suit on 15 June 2023. The product was delivered on 20 June 2023. Upon opening the package, it was known that a wrong product was delivered.
I had placed a return request with Meesho on same day.
The product and package is intact. But Meesho is not accepting our request for return and providing refund. Thrice they have rejected to pick up the order.
I’ve called their customer care also and no avail.
They are arguing that they have delivered the right product.
