I had ordered Crucial 16 GB RAM model # CT16G4SFD824A on 28-May. I received my order on 3-Jun. However, when I opened it, I found that the RAM model was different. The delivered RAM was of model # CB16GS2666. I lodged the replacement request on the same day. Since then, the replacement has been scheduled by Flipkart multiple times, but never happened. Everytime, they give a new deadline for replacement, and do nothing. After I raise the issue with CS team or on twitter, they give me a new date. Is been 1.5 months now and I no resolution is being provided. I want a full refund now. Please resolve this ASAP.
