have ordered Kurta set worth Rs. 3599 from Flipkart and
I received completely different used product. This delivered item was not at all same to what I purchased.
Flipkart is not allowing me to return the product stating this was open box delivery. As a customer I was never informed about the process of open box delivery.
Two delivery agent came to deliver this product and never mentioned that we need to check this product during delivery. I am unable to place return request and there is no communication from Flipkart’s customer care from last 4 days.
They are not responding to my email and calls. I am quite frustrated as I have spent 3599 and received very used, old and completely different product.
