I ordered a pair of shoes from Flipkart on 7/1/2023. It was of brand puma and I paid Rs2474 for it. However, on 9/1/2023, I received the order but the shoes were of a different brand and not what I ordered. I raised the return request but got canceled again and again. Finally, it got approved but the pick-up agent denied to take the shoes as they were not the same as shown in the picture on the website(this was an issue of ours also for which we raised the return but the customer executive didn’t mention it in the description to be followed during pick-up). Later, we email the Flipkart grievance team but received no response from them as well. today on 18/01/2023 around 8:15 PM, my sister called customer care after they blocked my account. She had a conversation with executive Mr. Aman but he said he cannot help and she asked to escalate the call to a senior person. Senior Customer Executive Mr. Prashant got this escalation but he said he can’t do anything as it does not come under him
