Text of Complaint by Anirban Dey:

I have ordered a softglow wireless massager from clamify.live website but instead of that they send me the Mini message stick. Order ID is #RCPP17294. I have paid Rs.1499 for that item by cash on delivery to bluedart. I send them mails several times regarding this but there is no response from company side. I have received the wrong product on 23rd of this month and immediately I sent them a mai informing about the wrong product delivery. Need immediate support to get my money back. Bluedart tracking ID was 77889910755.
