I had purchased wizpad tab t9 pro 10.2 inch on 14/09/2020 for Rs. 4199.23/- order id 2775715664. I received one small defective china made mobile, it’s quality is very worst and it’s defective piece after five days by dtdc courier. When I called it’s person which one called me for address confirmation, now he not receiving my call. So I searched customer care number, I got this two numbers 6205983609,9382135158 I called on this numbers, both are asking me all details of booking date, order id, name, payment, product name, amount of product, and then told me your order is cancelled due to pincode area is not searching, and for refund you want to download anydesk remote control app and follow steps, your refund will transfer by this app to your bank. So I full doubt on bookmytab site. Please help me for my refund back.
