Text of Complaint by Preethi Pinto:

I had paid for the iPhone 11 128 GB, but amazon FBA has shipped the 64 GB iPhone. When it was delivered, I was out of station and when I returned the 7 day return period was complete. When I opened the package I found that they have sent the wrong phone and immediately contacted amazon customer service, India. Even after escalation of the matter, they are not willing to take the return and send the right product.
