Dear Sir /Mam
I have ordered a pair of shoes (new balance Unisex 997R Navy Sneakers (U997RHB))on 30th September,2023 from amazon for Rs.9099 Under order id 404-6339672-7855550
I received the wrong product (white coloured shoes) and box of the shoes was also damaged for which I have raised a return request on amazon on 3rd October,2024
Return pickup was successfully done on 4th October,2024 by amazon’s agent.
On amazon app it is showing that product is not received to the seller yet and refund would be initiated after it is received by the seller.
I enquired about the status of return and refund on 17th October,2024 through Chat and call, amazon’s specialists are not resolving the issue and rather they replied that they can’t do anything in this matter and bluntly disconnected the chat and calls.
This type of unethical practices and rude behaviour is not at all expected from a renowned e-commerce platform like AMAZON.
You are requested to kindly resolve this issue by either providing me the right product or by issuing the refund of Rs.9099.
