I had ordered a nebulizer priced Rs. 2598 from Amazon on 28 November 2020. I had prepaid the price online. On 2nd December 2020 Amazon delivered me a thermometer worth no more than Rs. 200. Since then the Amazon customer care has been dodging the complaint on one ground or the other. No redressal , nothing. Amazon has cheated me and defrauded me.
