I had ordered for a full length Kaftan (ASIN: B08SKY57YJ) and paid a price of Rs.1250, but received a knee length Kaftan (ASIN: B08SKXDK9S) which has a price of Rs. 740, listed in this same website. I, obviously thought that it was a goof-up, meaning by mistake this has happened and i informed the customer care, uploaded the 3 photographs, one each of the product i received, the website image of the product i had ordered, and the website image of the product i had received. This was supposed to be an exchange, or that is what, i thought. But, the customer care, raises an investigation and replies after 5 days that, ‘We have given you the right product’. I mean, WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS ? Even, a blind person can see that i have been given the wrong product, but no, they wont listen. And now, i am stuck with something i don’t want, and they have cheated me of Rs. 500 extra cost. “TAKE BACK THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE SENT AND GIVE ME THE PRODUCT I HAD ORDERED.”
