Order no – 773519499127_1
I had placed an order or purple kurta set by ecofyindia purple set size m .
The delivery executive delivered the order to flat no 7 my neighbour without my permission and took the OTP next day of delivery through phone call and without my permission and OTP delivered the product to neighbour
I have received a wrong order that is a black dress with a tag n bill inside .
I was traveling came back today and opened the package and see wrong prouduct delivered.
The customer care executive says
Sometimes we do deliver wrong product and you should inform within 7 says now we cannot help
I cannot stop my plans or emergency of travelling imagining meeso wil be sending a wrong product and will the wrong product delivery and do such fraud.
I have call recordings
Cctv footage of delivery person delivering the product to flat no 7 and not 8 without my permission.
Wrong product is delivered and no one is resolving the issue

If i do not get help and my right product delivered and wrong taken back
I will go to consumer court with CCTV videos and all the proofs and call recordings and OTP fraud by delivery executive
