I placed an order for a saree on the website Ustana for Rs850. But the saree i received was totally different and was of very poor quality from the saree i ordered which was displayed in the website. My order number is US23543. The customer care number does not seem to exist and their email id is not responsive. I am unable to avail return and refund though it has been promised in the website. I feel scammed and cheated by this company
