I received a different item which is used and torn. When I talked to the customer agent and informed him regarding the different item received and also showed him the pictures ,he assured me that during pick up their will be no problem.
But during the pickup delivery person refused to take it . Again I talked to the customer care but they told me same thing that we sent the original item .
ALSO THE PACKAGE RECEIVED HAS TWO SLIPS OF DELIVERY ADDRESS, ONE IS MINE AND THE OTHER ONE IS HALF TORN AND WHAT I CAN INFER FROM THE OTHER ADDRESS IS OF JAIPUR .
AND THIS SEEMS VERY UNUSUAL BECAUSE THE PACKAGE ALWAYS HAVE ONLY ONE ADDRESS SLIP .
When I asked the customer care about two slips on package they ignored me completely and didn’t answer me .
