A few days ago, I made a purchase for a set of four track pants. However, when I received my package yesterday, I discovered that instead of the ordered pants, I received two old, torn shirts that were covered in dirt. when I tried to initiate a return request on the website I encountered a technical error. upon conducting the thorough research on website I discovered that the both customer care number and email were invalid.
