I have received a wrong product on Amazon as on date 28 th may immediately informed them about it with pictures after 2 days got a confirmation about pick up and refund product was picked up on 4 th June I was promised about refund as on 19 th June but on 18 th June they send me a msg saying my refund will not be processed because the product doesn’t match and customer service people are threatening and disconnecting saying do whatever you want .please help me to get my refund as they took back the wrong product received also .
