I bought a kurta set on 11July’23 and on 18July’23 product was delivered,but it was completely a different kurta set than that was ordered,,so I raised a return request on meesho app,the very next day when the pickup agent came he refused to accept the product (parcel) saying it’s a different kurta set it couldn’t be returned.. then I asked him that’s why I am returning this..I ordered something else and received something else..he said you can talk to meesho help center ..then I talked to help center not only by call but also by chat option too…but i disappointed totally because they were saying “I CAN UNDERSTAND YOU RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT BUT IT CAN’T BE RETURNED” I ve sent them the images of the product I received but they were only saying it can’t be returned you have got a right product… Either I’m blind or m fool so that I can’t differentiate between the products.so I lodged a complaint against meesho but this time they have closed the status of the complaint saying right product delivered so could not be returned back…
