Ordered a Veet hair removal cream for women with sensitive skin, instead received a normal skin product. When asked for replacement, flipkart customer support said that no retun policy is available from the seller ( SURICYBcom Bazaar / Suri Consumer Private Limited ). But since wrong product is delivered the flipkart customer support executive priya said that they can arrange a refund. No return policy for right product is acceptable, but for wrong product delivered, it is not acceptable to me at all.

I have ordered an Morpho biometric device ordered on 14th july recieved 16th july which was replaced as it was defective by 18 th july via flipkart..
Then once again I have got the device which is not working as it needs to be reinitialized.
Kindly replace the product or provide retund..
