Hi
Attached please find an invoice copy of a wrong package delivered to me but it’s not updated as delivered . As such cannot process for exchange/ refund .
Please note that a dress is booked from the Meesho app in cash on delivery mode and the dress is delivered. Delivery person collected the cod amount Rs.1962, from me but not updated as delivered.
On being contacted meesho, is saying “courier informed that the product is not delivered . Whereas the item is delivered already and the order number and AWB NO. is visible in invoice copy attached for your kind perusal . Can you please update regarding the same .
Kindly revert at the earliest.
