Im a meesho reseller since july1 lst 2020.i ordered saree in 30th april 2021,.on may 6th 2021 the order was delivered worth rupees 932 rupees ..the order was delivered to customer which was not dispatched yet.they steal the customer addrrdsand details amdasent a very ugly and dirty saree which had full of stains and damages …immediately customer calls me and scolds me and ask me to refund their amount immediately.at immediate i contact a meesho customer care service operators ..they ask me to sent a mail to meesho to resolve your problem .i has sent a return mail to them with a damaged and wrong product with invoice bills etc.
But still they didn’t respond to my mails and every time I contact the customer care service they disconnected my call …my customer had an argument every regarding the issue …i need to compensate the 932 to my ac immediately.its rwqueatrwqueatrto take necessary action againist the meesho …i hole y refund will be credited to my a/c as soon as possible
