Text of Complaint by Tanuj Upreti:

I have been a myntra customer for a long long time. I have been ordering products for years clothing, bags, watches, and more.

On 1st Jan I received two of my products I ordered out of which one product was totally not what was ordered even the brand differed and product design, fabric everything differed totally.

I Placed a return request within an hour of receiving that product. The next day return guy came and he rejected the return (which is correct as he was sent to pick the correct product but since I only have received the wrong one so how could he pick up the correct one from me).

My reject request was kept on hold on 1st Jan.

And from that day onwards every 2 days, they update my query saying it’s in progress and will take 24-48 hours and today it’s the 10th of Jan and still I keep receiving the same updates on the query after 2 days.

So overall they don’t even want to make any effort in such cases just doing fraud for our hard earned money, they hardly care who received what.

 

PS: Does the product even look like a branded one it doesn’t even look like a cheaper version of LP. As if I’m using LP for the very first time.
