This company is fraud and cheat. My son ordered a pair of shoes on 20th July, Order id – BM1762618. First of all we ordered for express delivery and paid additional charges for delivery. But the product was delivered on 25th July, which was the last day of normal delivery.
Now the product deliver is not what was ordered but a piece of shit purchased from roadside hawker. We immediately initiated return and requested refund. Since 25th we have been chasing this FRAUD company but no is responding. We called on customer care but no one answers, no reply on WhatsApp and email msgs.
