I ordered redtape shoes but I got wrong product delivered, then I called customer care and registered a compliant, they said they accept the claim and exchange is in process, but when exchange came the ekart delivery person denied my exchange saying that the product is not acceptable, and they are not exchanging my wrong product, I already paid 1519 rupees to them
