I have ordered a product and the order id is 42922676598 on 22nd Aug 2020. The i got the message on 24th Aug that it is packed and then on 26th Aug i got the message that the order is cancelled. Since it was a COD order i didn’t took any action. But on 27th Aug i got the delivery against the same order id and payment was done on the very same moment. But when i opened the parcel, it was only a single quantity against the order quantity of 3 and that too different product. Since then i have written number of mails to snapdeal and also talked to your customer care executive and i did not receive any refund. Everytime i am getting the same thing to listen that we are working on the same. And now from last week inspite of writing so many mails and chats no one is responding to it. Its been more than two weeks and they are making fool that we have prioritised your complaint and you will get revert in 24 hours and not ready to refund the amount
